Suzanne Dean

Creative Director

After working at a general design studio Suzanne Dean started in her first publishing job at Hamish Hamilton, Penguin. She moved three years later to Picador, Macmillan before becoming Creative Director at VINTAGE, Penguin Random House. Over her career she has been lucky enough to have designed covers for The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Atonement, Sapiens and Entangled Life and worked with authors such as Toni Morrison, Margaret Atwood, Sunjeev Sahota and Julian Barnes. Suzanne enjoys collaborating with designers, typographers, illustrators, and photographers.

She believes input is extremely important and encourages her team to look for inspiration everywhere.
